Light Up Your Space
Award-Winning Commercial Lighting Contractor
Innovative Nightscape’s award-winning design showcases Joe’s Burgers’ red, two-story, barn-like structure by shining hourglass-shaped lights from the middle of the walls toward the eves and down to the welcoming porch. The lighting also highlighted the vertical slats of the highly reflective wooden walls.
Customer safety was also a key consideration in developing the lighting scheme. Strategically-placed lighting was installed to light the walkway from the rear parking lot to the front entrance, providing a feeling of safety – as well as a welcoming, homey warmth – for customers of Joe’s Burgers.
Raleigh Hills Dental Clinic
Passing motorists and even clients may not notice the special architectural and landscape features of Raleigh Hills Dental during the busy day, but Innovative Nightscapes made sure the renovated 1926 cottage on Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway commands your attention at night.
The rough rock columns on the porch, each lit from below, echo and rise above the rock formation of the dramatically lit waterfall at street level. A spotlight illuminates a tree near the rock-hewn business sign.
